Acquired 2020, Under Development

New Legacy Partners has acquired a roughly half-acre parcel directly across Ager Rd from the West Hyattsville Metro Station in Prince George’s County, MD. Currently in the design and entitlement phase, NLP plans to develop twelve ‘2-over-2’ style condominium units in fast-growing Hyattsville, two Metro stops from College Park, MD and one stop from the Washington, DC border.

These newly constructed homes will bring ‘missing middle’ housing to inner Prince George’s County and add to the burgeoning development around an under-built Metro station. The units will feature private outdoor spaces, well-designed and spacious interiors, excellent walkability, and effortless access to transit.
