Project Director for the final phases of The Torpedo Factory project on the waterfront in Alexandria. The mixed-use development includes 114 luxury condominium residences built over a 464-car garage, the adaptive reuse of an industrial building for the Torpedo Factory Arts Center, a retail market building, two freestanding waterfront restaurant buildings, and 100,000 sf of office in two buildings. Responsible for construction, development, sales and leasing activity. Employed by Realco, Managing Partner for the Developer.
